Today knowledge management software’s are everywhere many different fields of business use them to make their and our life easier although I do not agree that system makes our life easier because many elderly people can be really frustrated with this. It guarantees high quality customer service by infusing your customer service agent knowledge, making them productive and educated ad your best agents. It guarantees fast and accurate answers to increase customer satisfaction by providing agents and other users a range of ways to get information in the common knowledge base. They also provide with assistant services like a chat or email. Chat system for customer service is very good idea and it can take a just a few seconds to connect with a live help and get the answers you need instead of waiting on the phone or talking to a robot. There is also email that you can send to customer service, or even a sms. This system even worked out a way for foreigners to fill comfortable in their webs or knowledge centers by creating new language system that you can choose from of course the range of languages is not wide but there are couple of them that you can use. Again like I have mentioned I have came across using a system tht this companies offer but like I have mentioned this type of things only make companies life easier, you can find yourself in difficult situation with a robot which is a limited to do certain things only.
