Analytics Tool is great for Business

The article talks about utilization and the use of analytics tool to improve companies sales. In recent years, more and more companies are joining social media and are trying to gain market shares. But, the research shows that most companies just use social media as a path to send messages to their customers and don’t listening from them. Business should consider using analytics, which gives more detail about their customers. Also, by using analytics tool companies can target their customers with more precise and also reduce product development cost.

Reflection:

This article is related to relational database. Using analytics tool companies can collect all the data from senders and then can sort these data by user’s specification. I agree with this article, which is encouraging businesses to use one of analytics tools. I think analytics tool will help companies recognize their customers better. Also, business gains more competitive advantage by having satisfied CRM.

    I agree with this argument, companies are involved on social media but they do not analyze their data. I have seen a television show in travel channel called “Hotel impossible” which is about one guy visiting hotels around the united states and helping their managers to run the business better. The host of the show goes online to see the hotels reviews and comments from customers, most of them are negative and the managers of the hotel are not aware of this. If the managers constantly check on the reviews of their customers more often they could come up with ideas to fix their issues. Companies should use tools to analyze all the data collected form customer to improve their businesses.

    I agree with both of you. With websites and apps like Yelp, where the customer checks in and leaves their review, companies have to set aside the time to pay attention to these reviews, correct them as needed and respond to reviews so that customer reading the review can see that you are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it.
